Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various areas of the property.
